FAQ's

How are your wrappers printed? TOP
Our wrappers are printed using high quality semi-gloss paper and a professional color laser printer. These designs will not smudge, run, or anything else!

What is a mint book? TOP
A mint book is a wee little matchbook-type favor, but with a life savor inside instead of matches.

Can I get a proof of my order? TOP
A proof is e-mailed in 2-3 business days

Can I have a photo/logo? TOP
Yes. We do not charge extra for photos, logos or customization.

Is there a set up fee? TOP
NO. We do not charge set up fees on our orders like other companies. So feel free to ask about custom wrappers.

Can I pick up my order? TOP
Yes, if you live in the Houston area. You have to place on order form that you are picking up the order. And if you were charge shipping fees, they shall be refunded to you at time of pick up.

How much sales tax? TOP

If applicable 8.25%

Can I use my gift card with another discount? TOP
We ask that you please contact us before doing this. We offer discounts that are not allowed to be used with any other discount, coupon or gift card, and to avoid your order not being processed please contact us to make sure this is not the case.

Is there a wait time on orders? TOP

We ask that all of our customers please keep in mind that we custom make each and every order. All of our products are made by hand in our home office and they do sometimes take longer than normal. We not only have to design your wrapper we have to print, cut and package them as well. We are working hard to make sure that you do not have a wait time, but if you have questions or feel your order is taking longer than normal please contact us so that we can help fix this problem.

I have a RUSH order is there a fee? TOP

There is a $10.00 fee on all rush orders. We ask that you give us atleast a 2 week notice before your items are needed to insure that we get them designed, approved, printed, cut and mailed in time. If this is not posisble we will ask that you pay the $10.00 fee for a Rush Order.
Please note that shipping prices for express and over night are higher than normal shipping fees.

Will you print my order before I pay? TOP
NO. All of our orders are printed after they are paid for. We have no need for products that are personalized with your information on them and to keep this from happening we ask that all orders be paid for before we print the products.

Do you offer refunds? TOP

YES and NO.
If your order has not been printed we will refund your money minus paypal fees.
If your order has been approved and printed due to the customized nature of our products we do not offer refunds unless there is a product defect when it arrives. We ask that you send us back the product in question and we will issue a refund.
Please note we are not responsible for the mistakes, damages or your product being lost by the United States Postal Service. We do offer insurance to avoid this problem, you can find this under the MISC tab on our website.

What are some tips for storing my chocolates? TOP
Keep in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight or heat source. When you receive your package, if it seems a little warm, leave them undisturbed until they have come to room temperature. Keep the chocolates in the original packaging to keep from getting stale. The chocolates should last several months if stored properly. Never freeze your chocolates.
